I am active in the St. Albert community and enjoy coaching both of my sons in baseball with the St Albert Minor Baseball Association (SAMBA) during the summer months and coaching volleyball with St Albert Sturgeon Volleyball Club (SAS) during the winter months.
Exercise is a proactive way to enhance our physical condition and combat disease and it is recognized as an essential element in building and maintaining mental fitness. I remain active by participating in downhill skiing, indoor volleyball as well as mountain biking.
As a Certified Financial Planner and a Life and Accident & Sickness insurance agent, I annually obtain a regulated amount of continuing education (CE) credits which ensures my knowledge and competence remains current.
